Bonita Heidrich
The vision for RESONANCE is deeply personal for Bonita, proud mom to a boy on the autism spectrum. Her firsthand experience shapes the heart of the school’s mission.
With 15 years in education, Bonita has served as a preschool teacher, HOD, and Deputy Principal, also supporting schools with compliance. In 2023, co-founder Stephanie Schroder shared the idea of opening an autism-specific primary school in Pretoria North. Their shared passion and recognition of a community need led to the founding of RESONANCE. As parents, educators, and advocates for children with autism, Stephanie and Bonita bring unique insight, experience, and commitment to creating a nurturing, specialised learning environment.
Their goal is clear: to see every child thrive and to make RESONANCE a place of growth, support, and success for learners, families, and the wider community.
Stephanie Schroder
Stephanie Schroder is a passionate educator and advocate for inclusive early childhood learning. As the owner and principal of Little Camelot Nursery School for over 15 years, she has created a nurturing environment where neurodiverse and neurotypical children, ages 1 to 5, learn and grow together.
Stephanie is deeply committed to developing inclusive, well-managed spaces where every child can thrive and reach their full potential. Seeing the need to support neurodiverse learners as they transition into formal schooling, Stephanie recently co-founded Resonance – School of Voices with Bonita Heidrich, a new learning environment built on love, structure, and holistic growth.
She is also a proud mother of three and brings her genuine love for children into everything she does.
